I hate giving a bad review, but something needs to change with the Ankeny location! We were so excited about getting a Taco Bell here, but it's being ran by Morons! I tried calling but can't get anyone, except the fax machine! Every time my son has been there he's always had problems, getting the wrong food or having to wait a while! Last night topped it when my husband went there last night. He was up there for 75 minutes, only to get 3 items. He said the Manager hid in the back instead of stepping up and helping out.
