15 minutes waiting and still hadn’t even been given our drinks. I saw what looked like ONE employee trying to handle everything, so clearly this place has a staffing problem. And after all that waiting, the food wasn’t even worth it. Honestly, it tasted like dog food. 🥴 Definitely not the Taco Bell experience I was hoping for. It will be another 5 years before I try this again
I don't normally leave reviews but I got some of the best service i've had in a fast food drive thru in a while. I came thru at 12:40 at night on August 6th and the curly haired lady on the headset was very sweet and didn't even care that I ordered 4 cheesy roll ups lol. Normally when I get food this late anywhere else they are miserable and take 3 business days to get you your food. There appeared to be 1 or 2 on the kitchen and I still got my food in like 2 minutes. Phenominal service
