This particular location in town has THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced. They are rude and arrogant and somehow also manage to mess up 9/10 orders. Want to talk to someone on the phone?? FORGET ABOUT ITTT cause nobody is going to answer without hanging up or blasting music in your ear after you've started speaking. Corporate needs to handle this mess of a store bc I know a lot of the town feels this way. Bad bad nothing good at all
Terrible management. Went in at 7:45 pm, placed an order on the kiosk. Less than 10 people eating inside and ordering- and it took 18 minutes for our food. It’s not the employees fault- it’s bad management. There isn’t a manager to lead the employees and have it all run smoothly, who can direct employees so it all goes quick and easy. Instead there were multiple employees just standing around not knowing what to do.
