Why do I have to use the kiosk? There are two registers and people standing around. I don't get a discount for helping your employees with their job. I will come back when you offer better customer service.
Every time I come, there’s always more ice than drink, so I usually have to ask for light ice or my drink’s gone in like three sips. This time, the lady at the window was really sweet. she understood and gave me light ice with no problem. The only issue I had was my Crunchwrap had way more lettuce and cheese than meat. But the manager was super nice and gave me a new one right away. Their customer service is always great. it’s just the ice and food portions that could use a little balance.
Came at 2am on a Friday, and they were closed. Website and Google says they are open til 4am. This is disappointing. I guess posted times don't matter. Close whenever you want. Even Sunday-Thursday they Close at 2am. There was no one there, so they closed even earlier than that. Again very disappointed.
