Staff were eating the food off the line, hanging out on their phone, and didn't really care to be proactive when people needed help.
Do not expect customers service from the night crew, they will cancel your delivery orders saying they don’t have items and hang the phone up and not answer, there’s no way McDonald’s can operate a drive through and still get orders out when these guys get 1 order out in 30-50 mins
Hire more people at this location. The kiosks kept crashing and nobody knew how to take an order apparently. I’m writing this while waiting for the order I placed 50 minutes ago. It’s not crowded, the employees simply don’t feel like working
the food here is disgusting crunch wrap disgusting, nachos fries disgusting, and the service here is boring
Long wait. Incorrect order. Avoid this location especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Employees can’t cope with number of orders.
