Ordered combo and they didn’t get my drink
They should put a manager on duty because all of their employers are just waiting. They’re seeing each other faces. They won’t assess Customer. They even know that Customer is waiting and they’re just gonna stare at him till someone is fed up and then he starts to shout, then they’re gonna come in and give them the order worst Service ever there’s no person at the Counter
Soda machine wasn’t working, there was no sign on it but there was no ice and drinks were flat. When we asked, they said we could use the one on the back, but they didn’t proactively inform customers. Atmosphere was dire, with drunk people in and out. Fries weren’t crispy.
