Food is so hit or miss here. Sometimes no issues, other times bean burritos will be filled with almost NOTHING besides beans, the cinnabons will be burnt to a crisp and rock hard, somehow every taco will be broken and filled maybe 1/4 of the way (nearly empty), and so on. Not wasting my time or money here again until some (good) consistency exists.
They dont seem to get when you dont want something on it they put it on any way.
We placed 2 app orders(2 accts) we got the 1st order after a short wait and then they asked us if to pull around and wait for the 2nd. Fries were cold and hard. When they finally brought the 2nd order those fries were cold and hard as well We asked for new fries. When they brought the new fries they also had a burrito they had left out of the 1st order. We ordered sauce packets on both orders and got 5 on the 1st and none on the 2nd but the fries were hot even after we got home.
Taco Bell's infamy is unwarranted. If you find yourself violently exercising your bowels after eating at Taco Bell, you need quite a bit more fiber in your diet. That's the rub: anyone complaining should evaluate their diet in general. I said what I said.
Brandon was an amazing worker! He definitely has a bright future ahead of him.
