Horrible service I placed a mobile order and went inside instead of drive thru. I told the lady and 2 other employees and still say they’re for 10-15 minutes. The manager finally comes and fixes my order in 2 minutes. Ridiculous . Listen to the reviews guys. This place needs new management and Systems and training to ensure that Hispanic employees aren’t refusing to service other races
I stopped by today, Wednesday, 10/02, around 10:30 AM and went through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the gentleman who is usually working at the window provides very poor customer service. He always seems to be in a bad mood and barely speaks to customers. I specifically asked for no sour cream, but my food still came with sour cream. If he doesn’t enjoy working with customers, I honestly think he should look for a job that he actually enjoys. Customer service makes a big difference.
