An order shouldn’t take 40minutes . Doesn’t matter if you are understaffed or not. A good manager should always help pick the slack instead of telling an overworked staff what to do.
They will not take your order at the counter, you have to use the kiosk. After waiting 45 minutes for my food last time, I will not be returning.
