The manager was really kind and sincere at the window. Im a manager myself and today was one of the busiest days. I am completely exhausted and my shift isnt over. My lunch break was pleasant at this location. My tacos were delightful. The lady who took my order, great job on your suggestive selling. Great customer service. I will be coming back!
Afternoon drive-through peppering me with questions, to include asking if I wanted sour cream on my two items. I say no. She forgets to put no sour cream until I bring it up again. Claims she will fix it. I leave and then I find sour cream on my items. Wasted $15 because they cant follow simple directions/requests. I might just stick to Taco Time nearby.
Three people in the lobby waiting for food one person sweeping the floor the other one breaking down the make table mmmm.. customer service I don't think so don't forget about the manager sitting in the office on her phone after sitting there for 10 minutes he informed me that the fryer is down
Food is always excellent here. It's always fresh and hot. Never had to wait on drive through longer than 5 minutes.
