I'm am now changing it to 1 star once again did the same thing. because its 50/50 i almost always go past midnight and the guys that work never mess up my order and are always very enjoyable to talk with but there's a older lady that works nights sometimes too shes always quick/acts miserable and every single time she messes up my order or i have to repeat myself several times for her to get it correct and even then she'll make it wrong. Accidentally ordered pick up from the wrong location. Was fully expecting to have to place a new order and call customer service to have my original order refunded. The managers at both locations took care of getting my order transferred over - truly went above and beyond fast food restaurant expectations!
How on earth do you guys consistently get orders wrong? Gave it one more chance today, and I’m missing items from my order that I was still charged for. Last time I will be back.
