So I just don't like this place. The lady manager was rude. The food prep area was dirty. The staff did not want to help with the self order digital menu. (I never liked those anyway). To top it off, I wanted to wash my hands prior to eating and found the restrooms locked with one of those combinations locks. When I asked for the code, well, it was the third degree. They made me buy something to take a poop
Nice customer service,clean, good food
DoorDashed $30 worth of food and not only did they not include everything and not only did they send us the wrong drink, but they sent us the hardest chalupas possible on top of it all. No contact from either Taco Bell or the Dasher about the drink. Sonny should be ashamed by the condition of his restaurants, the lack of care for the customers is concerning and shows the staff aren’t fit even for a minimum wage job.
