As we all know, customer service in the food industries are really bad (I’ve had bad experiences here), but tonight my husband and I went and got some Taco Bell and we had the pleasure of having Phillip R helping us. He was polite, professional, friendly, and quick! Thank you Phillip R, we will continue to come back here! You deserve a Pat on the back!

I ordered 12 burritos. Got to the window the girl told me my total. $31.33. I gave her a $50. She took it and then comes back and said, "do you have another bill?" All I had was 2 5's and some 1's. I said no and she said we can't take this. I asked her why she couldn't take it and she said "my manager doesn't want to risk it" , keep in mind it was 8pm.
