They were out of root beer, no problem. I got Pepsi instead. My cinnamon sticks had no cinnamon so I asked for more cinnamon. They gave me a new order of cinnamon sticks with again. No cinnamon. Wow.
As we all know, customer service in the food industries are really bad (I’ve had bad experiences here), but tonight my husband and I went and got some Taco Bell and we had the pleasure of having Phillip R helping us. He was polite, professional, friendly, and quick! Thank you Phillip R, we will continue to come back here! You deserve a Pat on the back!
Literally not worth the time or money to eat here any more.
