Excellent! We were very pleasantly surprised with our taco bell order today. Tacos and burritos were very fresh and well made and our carry out bag was nicely arranged. Since we didn't catch the name of the associate at the drive-thru window, I want to compliment him on his pleasantly greeting and service. I will call the location directly to thank the crew at this location on Montgomery. Time was 12:42pm and our order number was 84. Excellent! Thank you, The Millers

Unacceptable service – they take your money and ignore you I am beyond frustrated with my recent online order. Not only was the food freezing cold, but several items were completely missing from the bag. Tracking down a solution is impossible because they didn't provide a digital receipt or an email confirmation. I tried calling the store directly to resolve it, but they just let the phone ring out and completely ignored the calls. It feels like they just take your money and lock the digital doors. Got a baja blast freeze wanted 2 of them, lady through the drive through charged for freeze asked her to fix it "no you have to go around for that were backed up with orders" look I understand coming from me in the food industry but it's your mistake and if you could not have that rude tone I asked please and thank you and there was 4 cars so not insanely busy and it really a minute or 2 to fix the mistake she made. Just I understand but didn't need to be rude no tip and horrible attitude for no reason!!!
