Staff was extremely rude around 10pm and did not care about allergy mentioned, do not recommend.
I am writing to report a highly disappointing experience at your Allendale location. After ordering a meal with extra cheese (which I paid for), I discovered the order was incorrect. Upon going inside to request a remake, I was met with hostility. A manager falsely claimed she watched a female employee prepare my food with "four pumps" of cheese, even though I witnessed a male employee remake it. Somebody please give that man Jaiden the praise he deserves! My boyfriend asked for “an ungodly amount of mild sauce” because it’s my favorite and my stash ran out, and Jaiden did NOT play around, thank you for my half bag of sauce🤣🫶🏼
