Service is always poor. Staff are unfriendly and even borderline rude. I just wanted a taco :(
Went to order food through the drive-thru tonight. It was about 8 pm. About 3 employees were sitting outside just sitting on the sidewalk. We waited a little while before someone came to the intercom, welcomed us to Taco Bell, and then informed us that they had no food. I asked if they were closed and the employee said no but that they had run out of food. Looks like the employees are just sitting around, shooting the breeze, not working and getting paid for it.
