So I went to the Taco Bell in Albany on central November 3rd 12am first they tell me they don’t have beef at the moment then came here n they told me there is a 30 minute wait for anything because staff n kept trying to convince me not to wait but there was nobody in line or in the store waited the 30 minutes in my car then pulled to the window just to be treated like a annoyance nasty service and worse staff and the manager watched I’m truly shocked at how this is allowed a job is a job if you don’t like it quit don’t treat... read more
Workers were efficient and pleasant. Food was excellent. 5 stars
I went to the drive thru around 7 or 8pm on a weeknight. No one answered at the speaker for like 5 minutes but when they did they told me they were overpacked and not taking orders. So in the end I got Burger King instead. Very odd, it was the first time in my life this has happened. I could see people inside, but I wouldn’t say it was overly busy. I guess the delivery orders take priority.
Food wasn't wrapped properly and spilled over my other items. Ordered the new loaded fries and got only the basic order of nachos fries, and wasn't even filled fully. I was heavily disappointed with my order
