20 minutes for a 5 layer burrito and a soft taco, what a joke. Glad my lunch is over after spending the whole thing waiting for FAST food, now I dont have time to eat and the whole order just went in the trash. Absolute joke
This Taco Bell location has been a consistently frustrating experience. You are required to order from a kiosk, so you have very little interaction with an actual employee. Yet when something is wrong with your order, it feels like the customer is blamed for the mistake. The only time you interact with an employee is when you pick up your food, and unfortunately, the staff have been rude and unwelcoming. Made our breakfast order wrong and forgot some food. The refused to fix it because they stopped serving breakfast a half hour early? Edit: 7 years has done nothing for them. 30 dollars, forgot 1 meal, 1 was not edible because it was burnt. 30 bucks for 4 tacos
