I know you're trying to save on labor but you don't have good quality service anymore.It is terrible, broken ice machines.No ice for drinks.It was a lousy day for all of you but it really was terrible
I understand everyone needs a job to live and some just take the job that'll take them. But you can always tell when the people that are working are just trash or good employees.... This right here! Is unacceptable. Theres more shell than anything else. Where the hell is the protein?... Yeah, I'm definitely not spending my hard earned money at this location again. Thats ridiculous fam.
I have been here a few times as an avid taco bell consumer but I am ALWAYS having to go in to this store after getting a drive-thru order because there is ALWAYS something wrong or missing. Today I got charged for soft taco supreme with my meal and got a regular crunchy taco. Calmly went into the store to let em know and the guy at the counter had his manager make the taco, which was then tossed towards me in a bag as if I messed it up. Thanks a bunch!
These ladies and gents are really doing a great job. Best taco bell here.
