Our order was correct. The intercom in the drive through wasn't working properly. It was late and they were busy with customers. I'd try again at a different time
My beef on my tacos didn't even taste warm, the drive thru caucasian girl with shaggy hair didn't even say a word to me. They should have her make the orders since she doesn't have any customer service!!! Last time I'm spending my money there.
These guys are the best. The food is great and out fast. The service is awesome! I ordered through a kiosk, I got the supreme library box and swapped the chicken chalupa for a steak one: no tomato, no lettuce, no sour cream. I swapped the crunchy taco for a Doritos Locos Taco: no lettuce. Got a soft taco on the side: no lettuce. But I forgot to put in the kiosk that I didn't want sour cream or refried beans on my beefy 5 layer. I went to the Taco Bell store on 16th Ave and Nob Hill store #042763. I only ordered one thing. I ordered a breakfast sausage crunch wrap. That, was it. I got it, and then I had to go baby set my grandkids in Terrace Heights (way on the other side of town) so I didn't open it until I got there. I figured only one item and they could get it right.
