Horrible service for delivery drivers. They recently took away the ability for delivery drivers to get the customer's orders through the drive-thru for the sole purpose of making it so that delivery drivers have to come inside and can be ignored by the staff and stand around for 20 minutes waiting for their orders while other customers orders get prioritized and made first.
