While I was in drive thru I was trying to read the menu cause I have bad eyes and the menu was farther than most places. There was a woman on the intercom rushing me, constantly asking if I needed help after I had already said I am looking at the menu. She was very rude! Rushing me to hurry up and order.
Went through the drive through on Tuesday: got a party pack through at 7 Went through the same drive through Wednesday; suddenly they have never been able to do that at 7. Basically "how dare you, there's only 3 of us we'd be overwhelmed". People, the place was EMPTY, and we'd been the only ones in the drive through. I visit this Taco Bell often, and every time I go, I’m always greeted by a friendly face that really makes the experience special. There’s a team member, short, with a tattoo sleeve who always has the brightest smile and brings so much energy and positivity to the store. Her customer service is excellent, and she genuinely makes every visit feel welcoming. She’s a big reason I keep coming back, and I hope the store knows what an impact she has on creating such a cheerful atmosphere.
