Ever since the remodel this Taco Bell has gone downhill, what was once a favourite Taco Bell of mine to go to became a Taco Bell id only go to if I'm in the immediate area. The interior feels so depressing and unwelcoming. Grey and blacks make it feel like I'm sitting in a hospital cafeteria. The self checkout kiosk is so overly complicated with the menus and now you can't even use coupons or discounts because it doesn't have that option. I would give Zero if an option. Ordered at the kiosk and wanted to pay cash. Me and the order ahead of me were both waiting for about 30 minutes before ANYONE came to the front to process our order to pay. Apparently the order doesn't get made until the person takes the cash which is absolutely ridiculous IMO. If you can't figure how to run your restaurant with your technology then how about we replace it with humans.
Every time ive gone threw the drive thru ive been given the wrong order and each time ive ordered online it takes them over an hour to put together the delivery.
The staff and food were good to be clear, but they absolutely destroyed the atmosphere and the vibe of the location. Feels like im in a hospital. Absolute shame they ruined a great taco bell with this awful remodel. I dont want to return on this alone.
In-store service is slowwww. Food is standard Taco Bell fare and inside is sterile atmosphere but clean. Would avoid if doordashing.
