The employee told a couple and myself that you can't just walk in and order at the counter like other fast food restaurants, but I had to turn around and order on their touch screen. I do not work at taco bell so I simply left and I will not return.
Not serving people with a vehicle that can't go through the drive through awful service
My chicken was over cooked or maybe mixed with new and old and the steak was very very salty not sure what's up with that but everything was put together well and service was good, but the ordering machine one was messed up also.
My chicken quesadilla cheese is never melted . Anytime I call they never fix their mistake. I work fast food so I get it but pleaaaseee I just want the cheese to be warm.😭🙏
