I got a bean and cheese burrito and it literally had clumpy chunks of refried beans and no extra red sauce which bites because after all the super cheap red sauce cost 70 cents to add even tho it comes with some red sauce to begin with. One of the better Taco bells I have been to
I have never been to a restaurant that uses a kiosk to order from, instead of a real person. Since I don't understand how to use it ..I asked for help...Never In my life being 70 years old been called Stupid and Dumb by the Manager. Since I'm not treated with respect, I will no longer use your services. Furthermore I would advice manning a real person for the lobby..instead of having your customers hunting down a person to take cash.
