Have been to this location many times in the past and never had an issue but I ordered from here last night thru grubhub and when it arrived the chalupa I ordered, the shell was not cooked/fried... it was RAW... i have never had a bad experience here so Im hoping this was a one off thing but I also hope this is not the new "norm" since the reopening...Carlos, the man that works the front cash and drive thru is INCREDIBLE, he is always friendly and kind... you can tell he thoroughly enjoys his job!!!
The amazing african american gentleman that works the drive thru is the most respectful and outstanding person ive met , every time i get taco bell he never fails to make my day brighter, this man needs a raise!!
Carlos is not only the best Taco bell employee I've ever come across, he's the best fast food employee I've ever interacted with in my entire life (and I eat way too much fast food). The key word there is "interact", Carlos is second to none when it comes to having positive interactions with customers. He's always very upbeat, positive, and friendly. A decent local Taco Bell. Sadly most visits something is messed up or missing but the customer service has always been great.
