I love Taco Bell. But something changed recently and now this is the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been through. It’s 1 AM on Sat night. I’ve been in the drive through almost 45 minutes and there are still three cars in front of me, and I can’t leave the line…

Parking lot is ok waited in line way too long to b fast food especially with lunch we were in line and waited so long there was a line build up behind us the lady at the window was nice but she was running the front and the window so clearly not staffed correctly food sat on counter at window while a employee got her drink smiled at us and walked away plz get it together 16 minutes in drive thru line is entirely to long to wait
Ordered a deluxe box at drive thru. I always ask for a large drink knowing they will upcharge. That's fine, I want it. This time the lady who I believe to be their new manager refused. She said "It only comes in one size" despite me ordering this exact order dozens of times over the last however many years.
