I ordered on the app a couple of weeks ago and the delivery driver told me the store was out of almost everything in my order and that I'd have to request a refund. I requested the refund and still haven't received it despite paying $30 for basically nothing. Never buying from Taco Bell again.
I was completely ignored by all three staff members working, one of them was walking around texting, and even made eye contact with who I assume is the manager. I needed to pick up a doordash order and instead of receiving help, they ignored me until it was ready, and EVEN THEN they set the bags behind the counter and continued their conversation. Unbelievable. I know it was 10pm but this is ridiculous. They only had two orders, one of which was mine.
