I ordered on the app Friday at 1pm and walked into a disorganized store with a 30 plus minute wait and short staffed. The app wouldn’t let me cancel my order so I was forced to wait. Ordered a quesarito and it wasn’t made how it should have been. With how expensive the food is now I’ll avoid this location from now on due to quality control.
I’m actually unsure of what happens in this building. Nothing about this food is fast.
Literally the worst Taco Bell!
If I could write this horrible experience, a zero star experience, I would what started off good ordering on the Taco Bell app for a pick up order turned into a nightmare when I arrived at the restaurant there were cars wrapped around the building and it took me 57 minutes to get my food from the drive-through I would have canceled the order, but the Taco Bell app would not let me
