Everytime I have came to get food recently, they ALWAYS forget something or the food is cold. On my last visit they forgot multiple things, pulled me up to wait for fries, and then, upon receiving my food, literally EVERYTHING was cold INCLUDING my nacho fries. I don’t know how the management keeps letting lazy employees get away with this. (Not to mention the poor attitudes of some of the employees (mainly back of house) )
The manager here is amazing!! Never have any issues with the food and everyone always seems so nice!
