My food was great but the manager or GM was very rude i tried talking to him and he ignored me completely gave me attitude and waved his hand at me as he didn’t want to hear what i wanted to ask him.
Worst taco bell I've ever been to. Management and staff are very unprofessional
This is my first time to Taco Bell in many years and I was very disappointed. The food was disgusting. It gave me the shits and an upset stomach. It took over 30 minutes to get my order and I have to use a kiosk to place it. I didn't see many people working behind maybe two. Apparently that's not enough. I won't be back!
I went here to make a simple order and pay with cash. The problem was waiting 10 minutes to even speak with the register staff who said he could take my order and we had to use the kiosk. I explained we were paying with cash and he replied with "yeah you put it in the kiosk". The problem was, you CAN'T pay at the kiosk so we still had to pay at the register. Waited another 5 minutes to pay and then another 10-15 minutes to receive our food. The customer service is crap. The woman hands me a cup and says there is no diet peps... read more
