AC was way to cold
The lobby is so so cold you can see your breath while talking never had a place that was that cold before feels like I’m walking in a freezer for me being old my bones hurt after leaving that place
I was refused service at the window when I indicated that our order was wrong.
My drink lid was not secured when it was given to me in drive through. My drink split all over me in my car. I asked for napkins, that's all. I was given a couple and a couple more then told "if you need more you gotta come inside and get them"
