If you wanna stand in the lobby for 15 minutes while they stare at you from the back it's a 5 star spot. Some of the things that's served at this location isn't on the kiosk but they will make sure there kiosk is open sign is set up front so you know you will not be helped at the front counter.
All Things Considered this is a pretty good Taco Bell. Nothing exceptional about it but better than most honestly. Pretty quick service and they've yet to get my order wrong. I do wish the mobile app would let you order a water. I use the mobile app to get points but every single time I pull up to the teller I have to ask them to add a glass of water which of course they charge for so the whole thing becomes awkward and uncomfortable.
Have to wait forever for anyone to take your order if you’re ordering a pizza and then 3 different people will walk past you/just play on the register and not take your order. This one used to be the best one but it’s gone downhill fast.
The young lady that was in the drive thru tonight with all of the tattoos was very rude. 10/10 won't be back again.
there is girl work there tonight she is rude and mean they guys are nice today also young boys hatefull rude they act like they guve you charity the moste rudes workers i see in my life specialy girl and boy in cashier tonite hatefull the worse tacobell in roanoke the one in hershberg ave and all of them perfect except that one lazy hate working so put stresson custmer for u can be fair not all of them but there is girl there night and boy last night 03/17/2026 he is veryyyy very ryde plez teach them dont judhe people
