Came through the drive through on 9/21 around 11pm and received stellar service. Chris was working alone and running the drive-thru flawlessly, all while keeping a smile on his face and serving excellence. stellar service and stellar person right there, Chris is an absolute gem. give that man a raise!!
This might just be the most dysfunctional taco bell in existence. 20+ minutes in the drive through, all orders wrong & burritos with nothing in them. 50 minutes in total to attempt getting the order fixed.
This place has the absolute worst customer service on this earth! High recommended going to a different Taco Bell!!
Just went to this taco bell not even rating it so bad. The manager rushed us at the order screen and let a really big sigh at the end of the order also told me not to come back the manager was very rude I am not going to this taco bell again because of the service
I came here tonight and when I got to the window I was told my order total and I asked the worker how they were doing and was completely ignored, handed my card, and the window was slammed. I tried to have the benefit of the doubt that maybe they had another order to take but they just stood there.
