Maybe the nastiest order I've gotten from a Taco Bell. One of my tacos was totally soaked. No clue with what, so is went directly into the garbage.
We had an issue with our order and my wife called and spoke to Taylor one of the managers and she offered to replace our order. Taylor was very apologetic and extremely nice.
Took an absurdly long amount of time for my order, just for it to be given to someone else. Had to wait even longer after. Rude service, if you can even call it that.
