I was able to talk with everyone at the counter, and was able to organize a surprise promposal for my girlfriend. 100/10 customer service, especially considering lunch rush. (Plus I got to enjoy some great food afterwards)
Food was cold, I gave them simple instructions they total Ignored me ! I came back through the drive through and AMY was not very accommodating! As if it was my fault my order was wrong. Poor service, kids playing with your food ! Heads up 🫡

Bring your business to the Fort Collins Taco Bell’s. They’ll at least take your order and not refuse you service for being short staffed. I get them being short staffed, but to rudely shout at all your customers that you’re not going to take any of their orders is wild.
