So we came to Taco Bell tonight and I ordered a cheesy bean n rice burrito add guacamole and they forgot to add guacamole so I opened it up to check and the guacamole was not on there so I let them know and they said oh we will just give you a cup of gauamole lol like I get that you wanted to make sure it was okay but it’s not cuz you guys couldn’t even make me a new one with what I ordered on it to begin with. Went t taco bell tonite about a lil after ten and the doors where locked and the lights was off and there were people in the lobby and I know that they don't close until 12 am in the lobby cause I used t work there
Supposed to be open until 1am. Placed an order using the app. The order went through and I received a confirmation email. My husband went to pick it up at 12:20am and they claimed they were closed. Pretty sure they just didn't want to mess with my order. Now I have to wait days to get my money back.
