The new manager is not good at customer service. The food was good and the rest of star are great.

I went in to pick up an online order and they had made it way too early. The employee I talked to about it was super nice, the tall girl, but when she got her manager over to help he was incredibly rude and insisted my order was made on time and was fine. I asked him to remake it because it was cold because of their mistake and when he finally agreed, it took way longer than it should have almost another 20-25 mimutes.
