This has to be one of the worst and slowest taco bells I've ever been to. Then they let u order and pay then tell u they have no beef to make tacos.
DO NOT SHOP HERE - Just placed a $60 online order, get there and i am told "we dont have any cheese.. Is that okay??" What is Taco bell without cheese? Chicken quesadilla... chicken and a tortilla? Honestly a bit disappointed with my experience this last time. In the last I’ve gotten my food hot and quickly with great service, but today was not that day. Restaurant was smelly and very dirty. Needed swept and tables cleaned. Waited 15 minutes for my food only to find that it had been ready for a while. Food was mediocre and on the lukewarm side. Would love to see this location do better soon.
What is going on at this location?! My orders are almost never right, customer service is HORRIBLE. The past several times, employees have been extremely rude, just brush it off several times. Today was my final straw when my mother had called this location and was asking about an order since the app can be laggy. The man who answered was absolutely terrible. This location needs to get it’s crap together!!
