Dine in experience was a bit rough. I waited in front of the desk for 5 minutes n was still ignored. One of the staff saw me multiple times n still didn't help. The food was overall good, but still didn't get the drinks I paid for. We had to reach over the desk n settle for fountain drinks
All the rushing to get me to order and still couldn’t get my order right, and missed my fire sauce. Instead of rushing SLOW DOWN and double or triple check you’re doing the job right, car behind me also was coming around for a messed up order
I’m not typically someone who leaves negative reviews, but tonight’s experience at Taco Bell left me no choice. It was truly the worst visit I’ve ever had. I rarely come here, and after this, I remember why. The young woman working the drive-thru at 8:40 PM was incredibly rude and unprofessional—from taking our order with an attitude, to not greeting us at the window, and not providing a receipt.
