One of the worst taco bells in the area.. slow, cold food, dirty inside, sat there for 20 minutes before finally getting our food. Just pathetic!!!
Extremely slow literally took 50 mins and all I order was a burrito, cinnamon twist and a drink. Not even exaggerating there were more than 20 people also waiting for their food drive thru was empty only had 2 cars. There were two employees with their phones out texting and in top of that they forgot my cinnamon twist.
Horrible food and rude service when I asked for no cheese because I’m lactose intolerant do not recommend this restaurant and good luck finding an employee to unlock the bathroom.
This location consists of using either the app or the self-service kiosks. Employees are busy with filling orders and are not as helpful as anticipated.
Dine in experience was a bit rough. I waited in front of the desk for 5 minutes n was still ignored. One of the staff saw me multiple times n still didn't help. The food was overall good, but still didn't get the drinks I paid for. We had to reach over the desk n settle for fountain drinks
