I used the kiosk to order my food since most of it is special order. My chicken tacos were dry, and there was hair in one of them, there wasn't rice on my burritos, hardly any meat either. There was barely any cheese on the potatoes. My husband threw his out because it was wrong. This is just one of the many times my order was wrong.
The Stanford Taco Bell is the best one I have ever visited. Friendly staff and the food is always right. Drive thru takes priority over dine-in guests, so if you dine in, you will wait longer than expected for your order.
I usually come taco bell when I get the late night munchies, well this time they messed up big time, the WHITE dude at the window seemed high as a kite, may I add I place an online order so there wouldn't be ANY confusion of my order, but yet again they messed up everything, my 6 year old daughter was looking forward to a dorito taco and she got a soft taco so she literally cried the whole way home.
