Ordered 5 layer beefy burrito, no beef. Ordered Cantina chicken burrito, no chicken. At least this time they had someone that wanted to take our order.
Don't go inside it will take you anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to get anything. It took 20 minutes before they even looked at me. They were concentrating on the drive thru only.
Stay away. Rudest and slowest team I’ve ever seen. I waited 15 minutes just to order my food for the lady to tell me to use a kiosk and then another 15 just for her to let me pay. Food took way too long coming out and was okay at best. Definitely not worth the trouble
The problem is that I go here regularly and about 20% of the time at the drive thru there's a missing item even though the speed is only average. On this particular visit I spent $54 and when I got home there were 2 missing steak items for over $10.
