Was not busy and still took a long time to get food, which was cold.
This location is terrible all around. Slow service, rude employees. The recent remodel was wasted. Why remodel when you retain terrible service? The owners of this location also refuse to support local fundraisers and do not honor fundraising cards sold from the local school that offer a minimal discount. Every other SOMD location does…. Just avoid this one.
They are very friendly!!
