Yesterday i bought doritos locos tocos, after waiting for a long time in the drive through, they messed up my order. I was ordering without lettuce and with sour cream. But they gave me lettuce and no sour cream ( that i paid extra). Which is upsetting because that’s my only lunch and after that i gotta work.
Took well over an hour for my order to arrive through the mobile app and when i called and asked why my food was called they told me they made food as dashers were showing up and just tried to blame the driver. As i clearly saw him waiting for over an hour for my food. My dasher still got here in 10 minutes from leaving the store and had other stops, thats plenty of time for food to still be hot enough to eat. This is quite possibly one of the worst taco bells that I've ever been to. I pick up for DoorDash, and what they've done is they've put in a window and a bell for after 11 o'clock at night, so now you're not even allowed to go through drive thru. And what you do is you sit there and you press the button and then you get ignored by the staff. And then after about 20 minutes, they'll come over, they'll open up the window a crack.
