Got my order wrong. didn't get the new menu items correct. missed one of my items. terrible service. Go to another tacobell
SO slow. Just had 3 cars in front of us in the drive thru and waited for over half an hour. No one got big orders, they were all small bags coming out the window. I’m not sure if it’s staffing issue or what, but they really need to get it figured out.
First time there. Midnight run from hotel. Good customer service. Food was little soggy and not the warmest. Everybody was nice though! And they helped me with a sauce request. Will give more chances... TB 4 life!
