Having to use a kiosk to order your food is ridiculous. The next time I go here I will go through the drive-through line order my food, not on a kiosk, but face-to-face and then come inside and eat it. The staff seemed very friendly, especially the assistant manager, but corporate rules that require the use of a kiosk are ridiculous and if they want elderly people to be able to utilize Taco Bell coming inside and sitting down on a long trip, they are going to lose customers. If I could rate less than one star I would this place is abhorrent. Literally ran out of beef for the second time? The ownership does not care about this establishment it's been this way since they opened day one. Ownership continues to ignore the customer because all they care about is money. Not providing a good service at a reasonable price. There are taco bells in the ghetto of Portland that do a better job than this place. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. Completely different day.
