Devon (assistant manager- sorry if I’m spelling It wrong) was so helpful! I called concerned about receiving the wrong order, not realizing after a long day that I actually ordered improperly on the app, and Devon and the team at Taco Bell still made It a point to correct my order for me, free of charge, and was sincerely nice while doing It! Placed my order at 1:19 pm. App said order would be ready at 1:32 pm. Didn’t walk out with my food until after 2:04pm! Workers showed absolutely no urgency, and moved at a snail’s pace!!!
I ordered a meal for 3 and waited like 15 minutes in the drive through. I checked the order once I had it and I was missing one persons meal so I park to go inside and its closed at 2pm!! Some guy tells me its because they have “too many customers.” So I call to complain and get the meal and the manager tells me she is going to bring it out but after 30 minutes I still have not received anything. I am truly disappointed and will not be buying from here again.
