Dining room was not open. No sign posted. Waited 5 min while the car in front ordered. Then was asked if we had a mobile order. We said no and then silence. It was another 5-10 min before someone asked for our order. In the meantime another car drove around us. We just left.
Why does it have a sign for Breakfast that remains lit, if it doesn't open until 10A? This is 1 Exit from the refinery... makes no sense At the time of this review the hours have been "updated by the business 6 weeks ago".If you want the refinery business for breakfast, open drive-thru only (and app order pickup at window) at 5A.
Had the worst experience ever last week when the Taco Bell on our road trip was way way way understaffed. Should have just shut down. 45 min for food, employees that were working were beyond impolite. Sad
