It's painful that this place is one of a few places to eat out in Rawlins. This place needs a manager to raise the expectations and really make a difference. It's just not worth the money to eat here.
Bad attitudes and disorganized, Taco Bell’s should be closed
Great food as always. Management needs some customer service training and employee management training. Girl at drive thru was great manager yelled at her and was rude.
The food was lacking, they were out of a lot. 5 pieces of Ice in our drinks and the lady at the window was soooo rude. Receipt says our cashier was Elizabeth D, don’t know if that’s who it was but I’m glad I don’t live near here. Feel bad for the ones who do.
