I typically love taco bell food. This was the first time we ever ate at this location and it was bad. The crunch wraps we ordered tadtef like the were grilled on a skillet that had either never been cleaned or the oil used had been out of date and rancid. The old oil flavor permeated both crunch wraps and made my wife ill. The "crunchy" shell taco supreme was anything but crunchy at all. I have never been so directly disrespected and spoken to in such an offensive manor as I was by the hateful little girl in the drive thru tonight. My order was made wrong. One item, no sour cream. Waited 15 minutes to get it, I drove back thru to let them know and ask if they would remake it. She got upset, even though I was calm and didn't mind to wait. I'll not be back because clearly employees have way more audacity than work ethic!!!!
It is what it is. You like it or not. I get a hankering for a double stack now and then. Always the same.
