3/17/25 around 2120 I have used this taco bell around 10 times. All times have been 80-90% made correctly. If I could go minus numbers for food I would! Been eating a Nachos Bel Grande for about 30 years now. NEVER had one made with such "I don't give a crap about what was ordered or how to make this correctly" EVER! I come here fairly often and is usually good. I came in today and saw two children running and screaming behind the counter and all over the lobby. I try to be fair and understanding, I’m sorry but, I noticed one of the employees that WAS WORKING was actually the parent of these children. having to bring your children with to work, let alone a restaurant is unsanitary and turned me off from returning honestly, food was also not very warm. This place is a mess.
Idk if it was a manager or a regular employee but they have their kids screaming and running around in the dining room and every once in a while the employee will scream at them from across the counter.. not an enjoyable experience. Idk who the parent is but she's just as ignorant as her kids. You need to get your life together before DCFS takes your kids..
Employee has her two children here they are tearing up the whole dining room, yelling and screaming disturbing all the customers. While she yells at them from the kitchen. Mom is talking on cell phone when she should be preparing customers orders. This is so unprofessional and ghetto.
