Horrible customer service. They will have you wait at the counter to pay while they keep walking past and playing around in the kitchen. Maybe if I was Hispanic I would’ve gotten treated better from what I can see in the restaurant at the time.
If you’re not going staff and pay your employees enough to keep the lobby open at 7PM on a weekday, I’m not going wait in line at your drive-thru to pay for your overpriced, garbage food. This is terrible, inexcusable service. The entitlement of these miserly franchise owners is disgusting.
