So disappointed! My husband drives a semi truck for work and eats at this Taco Bell 5 days a week. Today, he ordered his lunch through the app from his terminal, only to arrive and find the dining room closed due to being short-staffed. He wasn’t able to cancel his order, and they refused to let him walk through the drive-thru. With only a 30-minute lunch break, by the time this was all said and done, his lunch was almost over. The cashier was pleasant an did everything flawlessly The potatoe with cheese was hard as rocks outta town so unable to turn around so check your food before leaving cause I knpw I would have back in exchange
I was in your store on 09/01 at roughly 4:35 to 4:45. One of your own employees was sitting down eating and on his way into the kitchen threw a handful of trash on the ground were no trash can existed obviously doing it on purpose. Secondly, he was there watching my frustration that nobody was paying attention to the people in the lobby and didn’t bother to let anyone know. Absolutely ridiculous we came home and immediately noticed at least 3 things missing my dad looked at his steak burrito (it wasn't even a burrito)and it looked Absolutely disgusting it looked like someone had literally smashed it and wrapped it up. He went back and wa dmad and asked them to remake it they did for free he came back stared eating it and noticed there was no steak in it he opened it up and there was only 1 single piece of steak in that whole burrito so stuiped shut this place down.
