I hate not being able to order with a live person, but instead an automated menu on the wall. The bathrooms now have a keypad so I could not use it when I needed it. I asked a staff member for the code but they wouldn't give it to me and said they were too busy to open it for me! I ordered several items for my husband & I, including 3 burritos, 1 with no onions. The food was cold. Not just a couple of things. There were 4 of us and all the food was horrible. Employees were very rude and wouldn't help us when asked for simple things, like taco sauce. Horrible experience
It's a standard taco bell. I asked for rice, they charged me 50 cents for rice. I got no rice. :(
