Poorly managed spot. Can't get orders right.
Waited 15 minutes on the drive through at 1220. Both employees hid behind the register so they wouldn't take my order. They close on Friday at 1am. 09/20/25
food was fine, new workers really slow took about 45 minutes to an hour to get food out to people. my 2 chicken steak chalupas didn't even have the sauce on them? how can you put 2-3 new people in a busy place at lunch hour and they can't remember what goes on what? mind you, i used to work for taco bell
Here 35 minutes after order placed and paid for, still no food, watched them change the whole drive through 3 times.. I know they are busy but this is unacceptable, can't even eat now, got to go back to work
