came to Mobile delivery . I’m standing at the order pickup area. The staff inside can see me, but no one is asking if they can help. So I thought maybe my order wasn’t ready. After waiting for five minutes, I finally asked, “Who’s in charge of this area?” Turns out, my order was ready the whole time. They handed it to me from right next to where I was standing. I mean, seriously, couldn’t someone just ask? They were all standing around like statues, just staring blankly.
Closing the dining room area after COVID has come and gone or just plain lazy not to help customers that walk in terrible.
Live down the road from this Taco Bell so normally order for convenience. A lot of times they were getting my order wrong, not a complicated order just basic family order. Only reason for 3 stars is seems management might have changed, there getting better! Overall not too bad of a location.
