They forgot part of my order. The food did not appear as advertised. The flavors were like Mexican food.... on mute. The one saving grace was the man handling customer service was exceptionally friendly. And I'm not saying this with the expectation that Taco Bell is home made. I was actually craving Mexican fast food, ala Taco Bell. This particular restaurant is just sub standard. For fast food. That's just sad
Everyone here needs to be fired and then re-staffed
Food was fine once I received it after nearly a 30 minute wait. It was another five minutes to get my drink. At least it seems slightly cleaner than the Mexico, MO Taco Bell.
In an 8 car long line it took 1 hr.
