They are always fast when I order online.
they wouldn’t give me my order that I ordered and paid for because someone came in and took it. I have the receipt, the bank statement, everything I need, they wouldn’t refund or remake the order because of company policy, so your company policy is to steal money from hardworking Americans, then hand the food to some random walking into the store? This Taco Bell location really needs to consider restaffing, the workers must just be lazy or unqualified.
Ordered 6 tacos, all but 1 were broken so badly they wouldn't hold together.
If i arrive in the drive through and you tell me its 15 min before you can take my order its time to fire the manager... my buddy says this location did the same thing to him months ago and hes never been back. Obviously Nothings changed...
Staff is so much nicer than my usual location. I'm going to start going here from now on. The other is closer, but this one is better.
