This is not a one-time issue—this location has a repeated pattern of poor service. On multiple visits, orders have taken 30–40 minutes even when the restaurant did not appear busy. Staff gave no clear explanation and kept saying the food would be ready soon instead of providing a realistic estimate or offering a refund. Other customers were visibly frustrated as well. Most pathetic Taco Bell I have ever visited and I have been to some very bad ones. Placed an order on the kiosk, waited 10 minutes with no updates. Two customers who ordered before me from the kiosk never got their food either and had to ask the clueless workers what happened to their order. I can only assume that the same thing happened to mine, walked out because I was going to miss my train from the nearby station. The people here have no clue what they are doing nor do they care. Es un lugar increíble y la verdad entiendo que se tarden mucho en los pedidos ahí gente que de verdad no entiende eso. Pero si trabajarán ahí sabrían como es, lo digo por que ase 7 años trabaje en comida rápida y no es fácil.

Absolutely terrible. Waited 45 minutes for an order tonight. The app said it was ready when it wasn’t. Was told three times it’s being worked on. Asked to speak to the manager and they said they’ll get them and never did. Three other people left without their food who had the same experience. No one was able to cancel their orders because the staff clicked that it was being worked on or done on their end so they wouldn’t look delinquent in the system.
