I dont know why I bother. I ordered through the app for drive thru. There was a line so I went in. No one would talk to me at the counter so I could tell them. Just kept yelling names at me. When someone finally spoke to me I wanted to cancel the order cuz it had been twenty mins. No one could tell me if I had an order or not or if I could cancel it. The manager told me he cannot cancel and do through the app. There is no cancal on the app. The website is my only recourse and that is useless also.

All I got was 2 crispy chicken soft shell tacos. I sat down to eat my first and I immediately noticed that they were light than the ones I got from another location previously but I ignored that fact since I was hungry. But something told me I should take apart my second taco just to look at the portion size to make sense of the weight and size difference. Sure enough, there was one little nugget of chicken inside. Confused how they consistently forget items in my order. I go here out of convenience, but the service here is so bad
