Just found this dead bug in my food from the Taco Bell in Cedar Falls. This is totally unacceptable. Never eating Taco Bell again. 🤮🤮🤮
ordered a chalupa taco with no tomato and when i got it the taco was all cracked out the bottom and all of the food fell out along with a huge piece of tomato 10 minutes later another person walked up with the same complaint of their order being wrong.
I waited for 2.5 hours for a DoorDash order to be filled and the manager refused to look up our orders (they were dropped from the system and needed to be looked up to fill) so we literally begged for her to look them up, no go. She locked the doors so guests and independent drivers had to use drive thru, we snuck the drivers in and people waiting in the drive thru for over an hour to use the bathroom anyway cause that’s just cruel and you’re messing with our money. Severely understaffed at midnight. Two nights in a row I came to pick up three separate orders. None if them got delivered because they were not even working on the orders as there was a lobby full of teenagers and a drive thru line of cars. Seems that the lobby and drive thru orders take priority and are made first while Door Dash, UE, etc orders are made last resulting in the customers not getting their food and the store having to refund the orders.
