I've been here 5 times in the past 2 months for food and I've had a terrible experience each time. How hard is it to make what the customer wants? I have ordered soft tacos every time and each time I'm given crunchy tacos. I have to call each time to get it fixed. I've had terrible issues out of 2 managers over it and I'm tired of it.
