This Taco Bell in Elizabethtown was clean, bright, and well maintained during our visit. The dining area and drink station were in good shape, and the restaurant has a nice updated look. Our food came out fresh and hot, and the order was prepared correctly. The burritos and Cheesy Gordita Crunch were filling and tasted good. Used to be a nice fast service here at this location but now it's horrible! The new crew is so slow waiting in line for over 30 minutes and unable to pull out of the line is ridiculous! When I finally get to the window they don't give a crap about the time and do not even attempt to apologize for the wait as is we are such an inconvenience to them! Never coming here again!
This is crazy. You messed up by letting your old crew go. This new crew sucks. Waiting 30 minutes in a line with only 3 cars ahead?? Its 11pm, your dining room already is closed! This is so bad that it feels like its intentional to make people leave so they dont have to do the work. This is so ridiculous. Every time I try to give them a chance and come back its the same result.
Eh not the best Taco Bell I had I went there yesterday it was alright
Expensive now. Food is decent, but the employees were very rude
